Solution #7: the solutions enhance each other
Manna Insect's solutions are usually bought one at a time. They are built to make each other sharper.
01 · The series
The loop, not another service
This is the last post in the series that walked through what Manna actually offers, and the final piece is not another service. It is what happens when they run as a loop.
02 · Business case
BSF Business Case Service
The BSF Business Case Service validates a case before any capital is committed — and what it produces is not a verdict. It is a specification: the throughput the local waste can really feed, the substrate mix, the climate demand, and the minimum gate fee the site has to achieve to be profitable.
03 · Facility design
Facility Design & BOM
Facility Design & BOM turns that specification into what to build, with locally sourceable components. The configuration Manna MIND ships with comes out of it.
04 · Operations
Manna MIND
Manna MIND then runs the facility and produces real climate and equipment data from an operating site — measured, not modelled.
05 · Production
Insect Farm Hub
Insect Farm Hub adds the production side alongside it: daily logs, yields, recipes, operator KPIs.
06 · The feedback loop
The operating record flows back
And that operating record flows back into the Business Case Service. The next evaluation, on the next site, gets answered from field data instead of literature.
That last step is the part customers never buy and still benefit from. Every site running on this stack makes the following case faster and more accurate to evaluate — especially the cases that share its region, its substrate or its climate.
07 · Standalone value
Each solution stands on its own
Each solution also stands entirely on its own. Nobody has to buy the loop. Plenty of customers take exactly one piece: an evaluation that comes back as no, a bill of materials they build themselves, a climate retrofit on a room already running by hand.
08 · Why the chain
Why Manna keeps the whole chain
But the reason Manna keeps the whole chain instead of selling a single product is narrow and practical. A business case is only as good as the operating data behind it, and operating data only exists if somebody is running facilities and writing down what happened.
09 · The question
One solution at a time
Seven posts, one solution at a time. For anyone who followed the series: which piece would you want taken apart in more detail?
