01 · Partner modules

BSF Containers: automated production modules

BSF Containers is a Manna Insect partner that combines modular black soldier fly production equipment with Manna MIND AIoT.

Its 20-foot insulated modules create controlled conditions for BSF rearing and breeding. MIND AIoT automates temperature, humidity and ventilation and adds remote monitoring and alarms. The configuration is adapted to the production stage, location and project requirements.

02 · Platform licensing

License a platform built from BSF automation experience

BSF production combines biology, climate, equipment and operator routines. Manna applies its process and automation experience to define what a custom BSF product or facility should measure, control, record and report.

MIND AIoT can connect compatible sensors, controllers and actuators around the MIND AIoT Node, run local control, and support custom monitoring, alarms, dashboards and reports. The software licence, hardware, hosting, integration and support are agreed for each project.

03 · Operations platform

MIND Gen3: manage MIND-powered modules

MIND Gen3 is the operations platform for MIND-powered BSF modules. It brings remote monitoring and control, alarms, device status and production records into one application.

Existing users can sign in at app.mannamind.ai. If you are planning a new system, contact us first so the platform and module scope can be matched to the operation.
