From a free first study to a running site
Manna helps turn biowaste into feed and fertiliser with black soldier fly (BSF) larvae. We work in four steps, and you invest more only when the step before has proven the case.

Assess, design and build, automate, operate
The whole journey comes from one partner, delivered lean with local experts from our network. Each next step comes as a written proposal for your case, and you can stop between steps.

Assess: know if it pays before you build
Start with a free first study. Tell us about the biowaste and answer our short questionnaire, and you get a first calculation at your scale with three scenarios and the costs still open. If the case looks worth testing, a business case analysis follows: operating costs, an investment budget, profit in three scenarios and a comparison with your current route.

- A 3-page indicative calculation at your scale. Free, one per organisation and with no obligation.
- Business case
- A clear go, test-first or no-go recommendation with the main risks and reasons. Its scope and price come in a written proposal.

Design and build: made for your site and climate
The site, sourcing and funding design gives you a facility design, verified equipment options, local partners, a budget, buyers and a funding plan, built around local parts. A pilot tests your waste, the process and the numbers at small scale, and as project lead we can lead the build on your side.

Automate with Manna MIND
MIND Gen4 runs the climate and equipment, and your team logs every batch in the MIND app. Licences are one-time or annual, for one unit, many units or a whole site. New features for your site come at a fixed one-time fee, and the Agentic Server (Early Access) adds AI analytics and an AI helper as a monthly option.

Operate: help to run the site
Where no BSF operators exist yet, we help you run the site. We build and lead an operator team with local partners, working through a local operating company. Your site stays yours, Manna does not operate facilities itself, and the terms are agreed case by case.

02 · Manna in practice
Examples from our BSF and biowaste work
A waste operator in South Asia with a food-waste contract proved the process on the real waste with one MIND module, and adds identical modules as the contracted volume grows.
A BSF operator in South America builds its modules locally with our designs, parts lists, software and remote support, so less has to be imported and shipped.
For a funded multi-site programme in southern Africa, we checked each site's business case before any money was committed, so every site got a clear go or no-go.
Existing BSF farms add MIND to the equipment they already have and replace daily manual checks with measured control and alarms.
