Services Follow the Starting Point
Manna's customers rarely arrive needing the same thing.
01 · One offer
Why one package does not fit all
That is why one standard BSF package is usually the wrong offer.
The starting points Manna sees are very different:
02 · Starting points
Where each customer begins
A biowaste owner has a stream, but no verified buyer or business case. The first service is the BSF Business Case Service — establish whether the stream, market, law and local cost base support a project before anyone commits CAPEX.
An existing BSF operator already has rooms and equipment, but production depends on manual climate decisions. The useful step is a Manna MIND retrofit: keep what works, add the missing sensors and controls, and turn the room into measurable production.
A capable local engineering team can fabricate and source the hardware itself. It may need Facility Design & BOM plus Manna MIND, not a turnkey facility shipped across the world.
A multi-site programme cannot assume every location should copy the hub. Each site needs its own GO, CHANGE or STOP case before the network design is fixed. Shared training, data, breeding or processing come after those roles are clear.
And some teams are not ready to build production at all. A controlled-environment specialist may start with Expert Consultancy and one instrumented R&D module to test whether BSF belongs in its service offering.
03 · The gaps
The questions behind the request
These are not five products looking for customers. They are five different gaps:
- Is there a business case?
- What should be built locally?
- What needs to be controlled?
- Which functions should be shared?
- What must be learned before scaling?
04 · What comes first
Evidence before the service
Manna's work starts by identifying the missing evidence or capability. The service follows from that — not the other way around.
What is your real starting point: a waste stream, an existing operation, a local engineering team, a multi-site programme, or an R&D question?

Name the real starting point
Manna can start from the waste stream, the existing operation, the local team or the open question, then agree the service that fits that position.
