What the Hub does

MIND tells you what's happening in the equipment. The Insect Farm Hub tells you what's happening in the production process — and ties the two together, in the cloud, reachable from any phone. Four things it does for an operator:

• 1. Climate and equipment dashboards. Real-time readings from every MIND unit, across every site, on one screen. Smart alarms by phone call and email when power, network, a sensor, or the climate drifts. Power consumption tracked over time, so cost is visible instead of a surprise on the bill.
• 2. Production logging and task tracking. Every batch logged — substrate intake, feeding, cycle stage, harvest. Tasks assigned and tracked across the operator team, so the process stops living in one person's head. Cycle times, yields and conversion rates turn daily logs into numbers you can compare batch to batch.
• 3. Training and operator support. The Learning Center carries video tutorials, courses and monthly webinars — the first season alone drew over 2,000 live attendees across six sessions. An AI mentor answers troubleshooting and operational questions inside the app. A four-stage path walks a new operator from business start-up to build-up, ramp-up and scale-up.
• 4. Marketplace and ecosystem (in development). A place to buy and supply starter stock, larvae and frass by country, and to connect biowaste sources with the operators who can process them. Early stage — built on the same platform that already runs in 100+ countries and on any phone, which matters most where operators work from the field, not a desk.
