AI enhancement, not AI slop

For me, AI slop starts when the responsible person stops doing the last part of the work.

01 · What AI does

Where AI helps most

I use AI every day, and it is genuinely useful.

It can search across more material than I can hold in my head. It can analyse data, compare scenarios, spot patterns, turn a rough topic or idea into a useful first summary, and process a customer call into action points and open questions.

This expands what I can examine. It helps me see more options.

02 · Final judgment

The judgment stays human

But as a CEO, entrepreneur and content creator, I still have to make the final judgment.

What is actually supported by the evidence?

Which pattern matters?

What is missing?

What are the consequences?

What am I willing to put my name behind?

If I delegate that part too, I am not enhancing my work. I am removing myself from it.

03 · The analogy

A writer without a reader

That would be like a writer hiring assistants to research the subject, build the outline, draft every chapter and edit the manuscript — then publishing the book without ever reading it.

The assistants are not the problem. The missing author is.

04 · The rule

A simple rule

My rule is simple:

Let AI do more of the searching, processing, comparing and first-pass drafting.

Keep the judging, choosing, correcting and final wording human.

05 · The line

Thinking farther

AI should help you think farther. It should not become an excuse to stop thinking.

Where do you draw the line between AI-assisted work and work you no longer really own?

Next step

Keep the judgment human

Manna can help organise the material, decisions and records behind a BSF case so the next step rests on a shared, written context.
